2019-2025

Institutional development, strategic marketing and communications: leading internationalization and brand positioning processes of various nonprofit organizations in Colombia, in topics such as inclusive education, livelihood, sustainable agriculture and well-being. Transforming their narratives was the path to open new possibilities for the organization’s relationships and development. Writing and developing grants and business proposals.

These collaborations brought funding, awards, recognitions and new alliances opportunities with programs and other organizations from all around the world, such as Global Schools Forum, Education 4.0 Lighthouse program from the World Economic Forum, T4E World’s Best Schools Prize, HundrED, Zero Project, CEPSA Foundation, Stronger Foundations for Nutrition, The Roddenberry Foundation, and many others.

About marketing, branding, and innovative narratives construction for small business and professionals, based in United States and Latin America, today I lead a great project called Elevate your Brand.

2013-2023

Arhuaco community near their capital city, Nabusimake, Cesar, Colombia.

Design and management of social projects and programs for NGOs and companies in Colombia and Argentina; supporting vulnerable rural, urban and indigenous communities. Including:

• consultations and previous evaluations development to define viability for social interventions (Just Energy Transition, housing, regenerative agriculture, food security) in the territories.
• leading negotiation and participative processes with the communities.
• indicators and M&E system design and management.
• effective budget and teams management.
• fundraising for the project’s realization.

Some Latin American indigenous groups I have worked with: Arhuaco, Zenú, Wayuu, and Wichi.

2018-2019

First group of rural and urban entrepreneurs from the Cundinamarca region, Colombia.

Co-design, launch and management of entrepreneuring program for vulnerable women from rural and urban areas in Colombia. It integrated funds and other resources searching and achievement to make the project real. M&E processes development. Its first implementation benefited more than 30 persons from 5 municipalities around the capital city, Bogotá.

2015-2018

Corporate volunteers from Ecopetrol and communities supported, Colombia.

Leading and transforming the projects’ selection process -for small civil organization from all Colombia’s regions- for a petroleum company Foundation yearly grantmaking actions. Leading the M&E process of more than 15 donor-funded projects‘ development in territories from all Colombia’s regions.

2010-2014

Meetings with corporate volunteers in Argentina. Speaker at a corporate volunteering event in Ecuador.

Bringing advice in private social investment, corporate volunteering and other Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) actions to more than 15 companies in Argentina. Co-designing social solutions with the CSR areas of the companies, managinng and monitoring their execution in different territories around Argentina.
